Notice is hereby served that the Philippine Association of Academic/Research Librarians, Inc. (PAARL) will hold its 50th General Assembly on 27th of January 2023 (9:00am – 03:30pm) both online and onsite at the Far Eastern University, with the following agenda:
1. Call to Order
2. Proof of Notice
3. Determination of Quorum
4. President’s Report
5. Presentation of the 2022 Audited Financial Statements
6. Ratification of the Acts and Resolutions of the 2022 Executive Board 7. Proclamation of newly elected Board of Directors
8. Other Matters
9. Adjournment
The formal Induction of the new Executive Board and its Officers for 2023 and the Awarding Ceremonies will be held immediately after the General Assembly.
