2022 Marina G. Dayrit Seminar-Workshops 1 and 2 with the theme “Developing Vision, Mission, Goals, And Objectives (VMGO): Setting The Library Roadmap” held in June 22 (8:30 AM-4:30 PM) and 23 (8:30 AM-12:00 NN), 2022 via Zoom. This seminar-workshop aimed to help participants in achieving the following objectives:
- To know the fundamentals in developing Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives;
- To understand and apply the basic principles of planning;
- To be able to create the vision, mission, goals, and objectives of a library;
- To imbibe the skills and techniques for conducting a successful and effective strategic planning session for their respective libraries.
