ANNOUNCEMENT I Changes in the 2026 PAARL Executive Board
The Board of Directors of the Philippine Association of Academic/Research Librarians (PAARL) announces the following leadership changes. These take effect immediately:
Following the resignation of Dr. Jeojilyn G. Nabor as Treasurer, and in consonance with the resolution and recommendation of the 2024 NOMELEC (Nominations and Elections Committee) to fill the vacancy, current Board Member Dr. Editha A. Alamodin, has assumed the position of Treasurer. Concurrently, Ms. Olivia R. Aler has been appointed as a Member of the 2026 Board of Directors to serve the remainder of the term.
The Association extends its deepest gratitude to Dr. Nabor for her dedicated service and contributions, and warmly welcomes Ms. Aler to the PAARL Board.
