3. Declaration of Quorum
4. Approval of Minutes of the 52nd General Assembly meeting
5. President’s Report
6. Treasurer’s Report
7. Ratification of all Acts, Decisions, and Resolutions of the Board
8. Proclamation of the newly elected Board and Directors
9. Other Matters
10. Adjournment
The formal Induction of the 2026 Executive Board and its Officers and the 2025 PAARL Awards Convocation will commence immediately after the General Assembly.
