Lit-Up with Impactful Library Report: Inspiring Evidence-Based Narratives
This forum, a short lecture designed for librarians who want to present reports more effectively, aims to empower attendees with the knowledge and tools to create meaningful, data-informed Library reports that go beyond numbers and statistics—focusing instead on narrative impact and real-world influence.

With her rich experience in academic librarianship and research, Ms. Viray will share practical insights on how to transform routine reporting into powerful storytelling that showcases Library impact and supports institutional goals.
Objectives
By the end of the session, the participants will be able to:
1. Understand the purpose and value of presenting Library reports as evidence-based narratives that inform, inspire, and influence decision-making;
2. Apply storytelling techniques to turn raw data into compelling narratives that connect with various audiences; and
3. Design visually engaging presentation slides, using best practices in layout, data visualization, and content simplicity.
