This two-day seminar aims to:

We’ll dive into why projects are crucial for libraries and break down the five key project management process groups: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and project closing.
  • Explore essential planning techniques like product analysis, stakeholder and risk management, project scoping, scheduling, and more!
  • Engage in hands-on practice with essential tools like project charters, work breakdown structures, Gantt charts, and the critical path method, and delve into project management best practices so we can build the confidence to lead successful library projects from start to finish!

Registration fee: PhP 3,000 for PAARL members, and 3,500 for non-PAARL members. The fee is inclusive of workshop kit and meals (1 AM snacks, 1 lunch and 2 PM snacks). All participants are required to bring a laptop.
