Notice is hereby served that the Philippine Association of Academic/Research Librarians, Inc. (PAARL) will hold its 51st General Assembly on the 26th January 2024 (10:00AM to 03:00PM) at the Epifanio Delos Santos Auditorium, National Library of the Philippines, with the following agenda:
- Call to Order/Roll Call
- Proof of Due Notice
- Determination/declaration of Quorum
- Approval of Minutes of 50th General Assembly
- Approval of President’s Report
- Presentation of the 2023 Audited Financial Statements and Treasurer’s Report for 2023
- Ratification of all Acts, Decisions and Resolutions of the 2023 Executive Board
- Proclamation of newly elected Board of Directors and Officers
- Other Matters
- Adjournment
The formal Induction of the new Executive Board and its Officers for 2024 and the Awarding Ceremonies will also take place during this activity.
The program and minutes of the previous General Assembly has been duly emailed to active PAARL Members.
