The Philippine Association of Academic\/Research Librarians, Inc. (PAARL) is pleased to invite everyone to attend the forum entitled LEARNING FROM THE CORNER : WHAT LIBRARIES CAN LEARN FROM THE AMERICAN CORNERS’ PROGRAMMING STRATEGIES. This forum will be held on September 13, 2023, Wednesday, 1:00-3:00 PM, at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia, Pasay City. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The objectives of the forum are: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. To acquaint participants with promoting community engagement: American corner\u2019s programming strategies aim to actively involve community members in library activities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. To foster partnerships and collaborations with local organization, schools, and businesses to enhance their program impacts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. To emphasize technology and digital literacy to help community develop relevant skills. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
