Titled <strong>Shh\u2026ift Happens: Academic Library Leadership Challenges and Opportunities<\/strong>, this year\u2019s summer conference aims to open discussion around academic and research library leadership, change management, and the imperative synergy between the two to drive innovation and cultivate resilience within the library environment and its broader community. PAARL is proud to partner with <strong>Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan University Libraries<\/strong> for this year&#8217;s NSC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-4 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>UPDATE<\/strong>: This program has been awarded <strong>13 CPD points<\/strong> by the PRC-BFL. Instruction Services, Technical Services)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-19 wp-block-paragraph\">Specifically, this program has the following objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list gtfy-25\">\n<li class=\"gtfy-22 gutenify-list-item\">Provide attendees with opportunities to enhance their leadership abilities, including strategic planning, team management, and decision-making, specifically tailored to the context of academic and research libraries;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-23 gutenify-list-item\">Explore effective change management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices relevant to academic and research libraries, equipping participants with tools to navigate and lead through periods of transition;
